	O.J. Gorringe Real Estate/Property & Strata Management Although O.J. has been a businesswoman all her life, she sought a career change in the 90"s and started in the Property Management Arena. She has since become a Licenced Real Estate Representative, a Licenced Strata Manager and a Licenced Property Manager and with the need to put her administrative skills to work is in the position to receive her Brokers Licence shortly in order to purchase and manage TOTAL CONCEPT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & REALTY. O.J. has always been actively involved in the business community, and has served as a Director on the Cowichan Regional Board, and a Trustee on the School Board as well as many Financial and Recreational Committee Boards. She networks with local Realtors, Appraisers & Inspectors all over B.C. to keep abreast of current trends and markets. She has lived on Vancouver Island most of her life and is specially interested in opening up beautiful Campbell River and the North Island to the World! 	Norm Halliday Licensed Managing Broker- Strata Division Following a career in the accounting profession and owner of a residential construction company. In February 2010 he successfully completed the Brokers examination for Strata Management and will become the Managing Broker for the Strata Management division of the company.
